“The staff were all very helpful. The carpet in the room had large spots, I reported it so not to be charged. They are aware as they are gradually remove all carpet. Couldn’t change us to a handicapped room but provided a shower chair. We like it being by the river will stay again. ”

“The room was excellent, we even got upgraded to a two queen when we checked in! The breakfast was good enough for my wife and daughter, and the air conditioning in the room was wonderful t to I come back to after some warm days out on the town!”

“The Stratford is very reasonably priced and in easy walking distance to town and the theaters. We have stayed here while attending OSF many times starting in 1986. We appreciate having a small fridge and microwave in the room, plus Safeway right across the street. It is an older property but generally in good condition. ”

“Clean property and nice staff. Wish the restaurant menu had more healthy options, but it was still good. ”

“We were able to book 2 rooms the day before we arrived. We ended up getting there rather late, but we still had rooms available. The concierge staff was fantastic. The property was very clean. The rooms had been modernized and were very comfortable and there’s plenty of hot water in the morning for a shower”

“Loved the king suite! When we asked for extra coffee and towels, the person at the desk was happy to oblige and in both cases gave us more than we asked for. The EV chargers were accessible and easy to use.”

“Staff was very personable! Cherri went over and beyond to assist me a few times during our stay. She has great energy and professional. I thought continental breakfast ended at 10am. Jack prepared a dish of scrambled eggs for me at 10am, even though they closed. I was so impressed he went out of his way to do that! And before I departed, he filled my cooler with ice. The beds are very comfortable. A cozy stay! I will return! Thank you.”

“Lovely property with very nice rooms in a quiet area. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice coffee and light breakfast offerings in the lobby. This is a great spot to stay for area wine tasting. ”

“Abbiamo dormito una notte nel nostro viaggio in Oregon, motel ben tenuto e pulito ottimo per andare a Crater lake. Vicino c'è un ottimo posto per le colazioni. Pavimenti in legno cosa ottima. Unica nota il condizionatore è un pò rumoroso, ma è classico negli USA in quanto usano macchine compatte. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.”

“Simple old fashioned elegance without being pompous. The Victorian themed nature collections of leaves, shells, butterflies, etc. that decorated the lobby, elevator, and halls were fascinating and added to the ambience of a step back in time. Dinner cuisine at the Larks Kitchen was beautifully prepared and served.”
